2. Decision Records & Evidence Use

Generated PDF Decision Records document that a structured operational assessment took place at a specific timestamp against a locked ruleset version. They serve as evidence of internal due diligence but do not constitute official statutory immunity or regulatory certification.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Input

Users are responsible for ensuring that all answers provided during disclosure assessments accurately reflect the technical nature, human editorial oversight, and distribution reach of their marketing assets.
